A month after your birthday, a series of disturbing and, at times, almost absurd events started surrounding you, be it dead birds falling from the sky or being able to see an aura on people for a split second or two.

Hell! You are pretty sure even that squirrel over there, next to the tree just complimented your skirt!

Feeling helpless, you could only sigh and sit down on the bench in a rather defeated manner as you thought about all of the strange phenomena happening either to you or your surroundings.

Looking around yourself and slowly taking in the sight of the park, you attempted to relax and soothe your nerves in what many would have described as a breathtaking nature and quiet despite being located within the premises of a busy metropolis, but alas, even here, you didn't have peace.

You just couldn't seem to be able to escape the strange events no matter where you went or what you did.

Just as you closed your eyes and leaned back on the bench to at least try to calm down and have a break from the absurd reality your life has become as of late, you were unsurprisingly disturbed by someone yet again.
