Jeonghan never intended to fall for a human—until he saw you.

The first time he noticed you, he was tending to injured bunnies while you collected flowers by the streambank. Out of all the creatures he had seen, you were the most ethereal. Though he was tempted to talk to you, he chose to watch from a distance, captivated.

Today, you were picking flowers again. Jeonghan tried to ignore you, but it was difficult. With a sigh, he returned to his tasks but kept glancing your way. Seeing you about to trip over a log, he rushed over and grabbed your shirt.

“Watch where you’re going,” he said gently, startling you with the unexpected contact.
