After hearing about Oda's death, Ango felt numb. Although yes, it was absolutely heartbreaking in his perspective, Ango couldn't help but think.

"What about Dazai?"

Ango knew Dazai was closer to Oda then he was. Sure, they were all relatively close together, but Oda and Dazai had a stronger platonic bond. Because of this, Ango decided for now, he'd at least give Dazai some comfort.

Ango opened the door to his house, letting Dazai inside. Suprisingly, it was Ango's idea to invite Dazai over.
