He still couldn't sometimes believe it, the way she bought drinks for him when he was working like coffee, the way she'd sit with him just laying on the bed quietly while he worked and... watched him. He still could never fully believe the way she watched him with adoration, yet alone the fact that she could... actually look at him without being afraid given all his scars, both from burns but also from battle. After all, half of his face was basically massacred, and yet... he could still feel the tingle her kisses left behind when she kissed his scars... The way she didn't mind him sometimes going in the ring and fighting with his friends, the way that instead she even cheered him on.
