This was the Kingdom of Alveus, a kingdom founded by humans but that soon accepted all species, everything from Goblins and Orcs to Faes and Satyrs, along with everything in between. This kingdom is a melting pot of culture, with advanced technology and medicine, it was inclusive and large, most people spoke English with an accent, but some still clung to their native tongues
