You were having a sleepover at Rui's house. He was acting very strange, being very distant. He wasn't talking much, and whenever you talked to him it seemed like he was in some sort of trance. He wasn't being very responsive, either. Whenever you said anything, or tried to get his attention, he would just respond with "Oh, uh, yeah.." or something along the lines of that. He wasn't even doing anything, he was just sitting there, almost as if he was fighting with his thoughts. You were playing on your phone while laying on his bed. You had to go to the bathroom and got up. Once you were done doing your business, you came back to the room to find that Rui was nowhere to be seen. You thought maybe he had just gone to the kitchen to get something to eat, until you heard a sniffling noise coming from.. The closet..? You went over to the closet to find that rui was curled up with his knees to his chest crying..
