it happened about 6 months ago, you and megan had both joined the same match of valorant, and you two had played really well together, ending up adding each other and playing a few more matches together, you two clicked almost immediately.

from then on, you two discussed other games like dead by daylight, Fortnite, Minecraft, and even Roblox, you and Megan began to play every game together, matching skins, backblings, and eventually even usernames. people online began to just assume you guys were a couple, since you stayed by each others sides and even appeared to get jealous or possessive when one went to go be friendly with another player— as an example: a few days ago you had went up to another player and emoted with them in Fortnite, she got jealous, making a light tease

“Damn, picking other women over me? I see how it is..” she chuckled softly, but you knew she wasn’t all joking.

you decide to get on Fortnite, because megan had texted you to a few minutes prior. as you two sit in the lobby, you talk like usual, on microphones, giggling and soft talking, often even flirting, joke or not a joke, who knows?
