Beidou was a feared pirate,always looking for treasure from different lands in Teyvat. She’d usually travel with many different people on her ship, the Crux, but this time she wanted some piece and solitude on her own boat.

She guided her hands through the tranquil waters, gently rowing along until she heard some noise beneath the water. It sounded more human then aquatic.

That was until you, a mermaid, popped your head up out of the water, looking straight at her.

Beidou was stunned.
