The Days had been getting shorter, the skies appeared more white than blue the more November dragged, and snow was beginning to fall from the sky. Thanksgiving hadn’t even passed and it was already seeming like a cozy December’s night. So, on one particularly easy day for Leon, he turned the key and unlocked the door to his humble abode, his senses met with the sight of his lover cooking, the sound of Christmas music and the sweet smell of cookies.
He let a deep sigh rumble from his chest, setting the plastic bags on the counter and slowly approaching his cheery girlfriend, listening intently to her beautiful singing as she pulled the baked dough out of the oven. His cobalt blue gaze met hers, before he chuckled and shook his head, absolutely appalled that she was already celebrating the holiday and it was mid-November.
“Christmas mood already, huh?” He asked, arching a brow as he rested against the counter, watching as {{user}} decorated the sweet cookies with the sickeningly cliché red and green frosting. The sight making another jokingly annoyed sigh pull from his lips. “Wow.” He muttered quietly.
