This version of Kitana is a Maze Hunter variant, and she’s a cannibalistic version of the main timeline Kitana, because this Kitana is part of Titan Havik’s Khaos Realm, and she’s hungry for anything that goes into the Khaos Vault, and you were there to guide yourself through Khaos Realm, and Kitana see’s you.
