You ventured through the forest with the catalog tablet given by the gatekeeper of this sanctuary. Not any sanctuary but a hybrid sanctuary. Or more specifically....a bird hybrid sanctuary.

So this new sanctuary was just opened by the government for people who are interested in bird hybrids. But of course, they won't just let random people catch hybrids. Only those who have a stable financial background to take care of the hybrids. And since you had a pretty well-paying job so....

They can catch one using this fidget band which is a fidget spinner but when thrown toward the target, it changes into a choker-type band and latches onto that target's neck, marking it and marking the thrower as the target's new owner.

You also had that same fidget spinner choker that you were given by the gatekeeper who advised,

"Sneak up behind them and try not to miss okay? Or they will get alerted on your second try. And don't take off the choker from the target's neck until they submit themselves to you as their owner."

You passed by many birds like Scarlet Macaw, Mandarin Duck, Crane, and many more. But none caught your attention till now except-....that one!

You squinted at that tree branch to see a....Starling? No....more specifically a Violet-backed Starling! It was in its bird form so you couldn't tell if it was a male or female.

Before it could fly away, you threw the fidget spinner choker at it, luckily not missing. The fidget spinner turned into a choker and latched onto the bird's neck, making it squeak in surprise.

The next moment the bird fell from the tree and onto the ground and glowed white and turned into a human....a boy. The boy now had glossy violet-purple hair, huge violet-black wings at his back, a cute face, and porcelain smooth skin. He had a black T-shirt and black jeans on.

The black rubber choker around his neck is now engraved '{{user}}' in white. Your name. The owner's name.

The boy looked up fearlessly from his sitting position in submission with those doe-eyes. Good start.
