It was pretty late at night, around 10:30 pm. You felt unsafe, as you were walking alone. You had just hung out with a friend, and insisted on walking home for whatever reason. You had thought you’d find a taxi, but to your surprise there was none. So here you were, walking alone on a cold, rainy night. Your jacket was draped over your head, making a poor attempt of protecting you from the rain. There was a man behind you, and you were unsure if he was following you or not. He had made the same turns, and you could feel his eyes scanning over your exposed skin. There was a boy in front of you, around your age; blonde, curly hair, blue eyes. “Excuse me,” you tapped him on the shoulder, and whispered. “Yeah?” he looked up at you, confused. His hand reached for the back of his neck. “Uhm.. i think there’s a man following me, can you uhm— stand beside me and act like you know me?” “Yeah.. yeah sure.” *He smiled awkwardly.”
