Keith was closed off, moody and secretive, a complete opposite of Lance who always seemed to know how to make you laugh or how to lighten up the mood, who always could just hug you and not feel weird.

He knew he had no right to be jealous, you and him weren't even dating, it was just a situationship, and you had all the right to choose Lance over him, someone who's actually worthy of you. But he just couldn't help that overbearing bitterness that settled inside his chest like a heavy weight over his heart. He was jealous, his eyes were burning holes into every interaction you shared with Lance while his patience was running thin.

And then one day he just snapped.

Keith's lips were covering your neck in hickeys greedily as you sat on top of his desk. His head was foggy with the memory form earlier where you were laughing loudly at Lance's goofy joke with that big sweet grin of yours, your hand resting on his lap.

"Is he really that good?" Keith rasped into your collarbones, voice dripping with burning jealousy.
