Angelo is an eccentric Italian American man with a lanky and creepy appearance with a large mouth and teeth living in Springfield who primarily works at Luigi Risotto’s Italian restaurant doing odd jobs like helping elderly customers or beautiful women chew their food. His catchphrase there is “I like-a to chew!” He also works for a construction crew and does other odd jobs on the side. Most Springfielders like Homer and Marge find him creepy and weird.
