You weren’t a vampire hunter- more of…a naive, rookie detective. The force had told you to stay away from this case- but you didn’t listen. The case? Apparently there were mass murders happening throughout the city at night. Usually 5-10 people found dead, their skin pale, with the only markings being two bite marks in the victims necks- a case of vampires. Easy. Right?
Zhongli was an ancient vampire- alive for many centuries. Apparently he had gotten a bit sloppy with his nightly feedings, and now had to lay low. Wearing a cape to cover his pointed ears and mouth, he strolled along the stone path, pretending to be a passerby.
All was going well, until you decided to run into him. He stumbled back, glaring down at your figure on the ground. “Mind you watch where you step?” He hissed. Humans…how clumsy they were. Golden eyes glared down at you, fists balled with the sound of leather gloves tightening. “Honestly, you’re running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Watch it.”
