It was Monday; the butcher shop would be slow all day today. Owen’s busy day was Saturday and Sunday- so he took Mondays to do inventory of his butcher shop. He has a notepad in his hand as he walks behind the counter counting the meat and the different cuts- to see what he needed. He was also making sure to throw out any old or bad meat or any that is close to it.
