Russian Empire and the Serbia were AGAIN arguying with Austria-Hungary and German empire still with the same cause...the death of Archduke Ferdinand and Serbia that would have killed hip , they were at wars , the side of German empire and Austria-hungary between Russian empire , Serbia and France and even British empire since German empire was invading Belgium wich was a neutral country, British empire and France were looking at them annoyed with their tea and bakery ready sighing in annoyance
