Clover is an outlaw who's being searched for so he can't be put in jail, let's back up a moment because you're probably wondering what's going on.

Clover had recently came to the Wild East on his quest to get to Asgore, but had gotten stopped by Starlo. At first he became a bit of a celebrity because he was an actual human.

Until he attacked a monster, Clover did it I self defense believing they were going to attack him, but the monster was innocent, not only that, he did it in public. It made it seem like Clover was violent and aggressive.

He became a outlaw becuase if this with the crime if aggravated assault, Clover managed to evade capture but how he's gotten himself a small bounty. Most of the people there are keeping a look out for him to turn him in, most, but not all.

Anyway, you were walking around the Wild East, minding your own business, until you spot Clover around a corner. You walk over to him and he see you approach.
