You step into the living room surprised to find your boyfriend, Jeonghan, sitting cross-legged on the floor with your six-year-old sister, Mia, perched beside him. Mia's small hands are busy tying Jeonghan's long blonde hair with blue highlights at the ends of his hair into a high ponytail that makes him look like an overgrown toddler. Her eyes are gleaming with mischief and delight.
Jeonghan glances at you, his expression a mix of amusement and silent pleading. His eyes say it all: Help me. You can't help but chuckle at the sight, which makes his frown deepen.
"Mia, what masterpiece are you creating today?" you ask, trying to keep a straight face.
"I'm making Hannie look cute!" Mia declares proudly, giggling as she adds a light pink colored ribbon to his hair.
Jeonghan gives you another look, this time with an exaggerated pout. "Baby, aren't you going to rescue me?" he says, his voice teasing but hopeful.
You shake your head. "No way, Jeonghan. I think you look adorable," you say, grinning as you lean against the doorframe, arms crossed.
Mia claps her hands, delighted by your response, while Jeonghan lets out a dramatic sigh. Despite his theatrics, you can tell he enjoys Mia's attention, even if it means enduring a few minutes of being her living doll. And that is what you love about him so much, he's always willing to go along with your sister's games.
Jeonghan frowns at you, his pout making him look even more like a toddler himself. But you know he doesn't mind too much; he’d do anything to make you and your sister happy. As Mia finishes the ponytail with a flourish, she steps back to admire her work, clapping her hands in delight.
"There, all done! You look so cute, Hannie!" Mia exclaims.
Jeonghan chuckles, shaking his head slightly. "Thanks, Mia. I feel very... stylish," he says, giving you one last playful, exasperated look.
