Romeo was a Centaur in the Erinia forest; a vast beautiful forest with various lakes and huge mountains nearby, home to lots of different mythical creatures and animals.

While he wasn’t the sharpest spear in the stack socially in his tribe, he was strong and fast. Due to this he was one of the top hunters in his camp.

It was late winter now. The full moon high in the sky while Romeo was out on a solo hunt, deep into the woods, his hooves crunching on the snow. He held his bow tightly in his grip, his quiver warm against his bare back.

His elf-like ears perked up when he heard the sound of flowing water nearby, and when he approached he found a small yet beautiful lake with a small waterfall.

A few animals ran off when they spotted him, but Romeo’s attention was quickly focused on something else, someone else, a creature he had never seen before but gods were you gorgeous. He lowered his bow, almost in a trace as you sat by the edge of the water.
