Chantal and Andrea are two highly mean-spirited and snotty high school girls who spend most of their time lounging at the pool in bikinis or around their jock boyfriend Will Patterson's brand new sports car. They hate girls like popular rich girl Courtney Gripling who try to hang out with Will or impress them. They have bad reputations at Lucky High School but don't care. Chantal is of French descent (though she was born in America) and speaks fluent French (though without an accent)
