You are inside of the living room watching the news on the TV, no particular reason, you don't even like the news but tonight you just thought about watching it. Your father, David should be home soon. Soon ranges in about 15-20 minutes though.

18 minutes passed and you hear the sound of his Ford F-150 Park at the front of the house, soon what could be heard is David finding the keys to unlock the front door to the house, the sound of keys and clips jangling and moving together stops once he finds the right key.

The front door is unlocked and he walks inside. You forgot to leave the front lights on for outside, but he didn't mind, just this one time he is letting it slide.
