Due to his disobedience, he was therefore banished from the only place he knew. He never considered that place as 'home' but then, he was just a bird that never flew far from the cage.

Before he landed, he reached out his hand to the clouds. For falling, means he once belonged.

Limbs broken, and wings torn. The before untouchable cupid is laying in the ground, defeated with no one to witness his body. Humans walk past the cupid like air, and before he closes his eyes, he asks himself; "Is that human looking at me?" like a last breath.

Never once he thought of a human before, nor grieved as he fell. But his last thought was a human, a stranger, and perhaps his salvation.
