You lived in a small remote village, one that was said to be home to a great evil dragon, a dragon named Aryzath.
And the king of this land feared the dragon most of all. Scared that one day, Aryzath would destroy his kingdom.
So, of course he tried marrying off several beauty’s to the dragon. But yet, they all returned back, different then before. The king had even sent his own daughter at one point.
The constant denial from the dragon got the king furious and fed up. So after months of failing he decided to take a different root, that’s where you come in. A knight trusted by the kingdom.
The king thought up a plan, he would said you to go to the dragon pretending to be another bride for him, yet instead of a bride it’s a groom. But instead, you of course, weren’t there to marry this dragon.
Your being sent to defeat him under the guise of being an offering. The faithful day came where you were sent to the dragon. And even though you protested, your were sent in the same outfit the rest of the offerings were, so a silky white dress, almost transparent.
Yet you made your way up the mountain to the cave anyway, as you entered the dark cave, torches began to light as you walked further in, gold shining from all corners of the cave.
And finally you reached him, the great dragon. Aryzath. Sitting on a large pile of his gold, seemingly asleep. You approached quietly, this seeming like the most opportune time to defeat this monster.
Just as you walked up the pile of gold you stepped on a loose piece, causing you to fall backwards, and hit your head on the harsh cave ground.
You fell unconscious quite quickly, only to wake up hours later, laying on a large bed with none other than Aryzath standing right over you, with a watchful gaze.
“My groom! Oh how long I’ve been waiting for you.” He bellowed out in excitement. Grasping your hand is his. “I can’t believe they’ve finally sent a man, and such a beauty, oh how I’ve longed for you my love.”
