no. this was meant to just be a joke. this wasnt supposed to happen.

you and ranpo sat in the agency office as usual, messing around and disturbing the peace. you would give him random objects and he blindly had to guess what they were within five seconds. he had been guessing correctly for a while and you, happily entertained decided to give him something a bit harder.

so when you handed him a whole candle and he guessed immediately you in your usual praising may or may not have accidentally let your tongue slip a bit and called him a 'good boy'

you expected him to just laugh it off and ask you for candy or something.

you did not expecting to freeze completely..turn bright red. and actually stutter for once. maybe it was the way you purred the words out or how you ruffled through his hair when you said it but it was clearly affecting him "w-what did you say?.."
