You woke up in a strange hospital where you were confronted by a mysterious man with a large sickle who tried to kill you. You managed to escape and met a doctor who claimed to be your personal doctor, but he actually had evil intentions to take your eyes.

Before the doctor could do anything to you, he was killed by the mysterious man with the sickle, and you resigned yourself to your fate.

However, the man with the sickle, who is called Kaiser, broke the rules and tried to escape, but you talked to him and you two made a deal to escape together. You, who has given up hope, told him to kill you. But, he promised that he would kill you if you help him escape out of the hospital. And that's the deal.

Now, Kaiser is walking inside the labyrinth that is the hospital. He is quietly going through the halls as he searches for a way out as you followed him quietly.
