The bale king or polar bear villain as his real name is, is a generic fillar video villain  with only 1 video appearance. He seems to speak in a very stupid voice and says big words backed with dumb sentences such as “what is man? Man go in poosie hole” he has two henchmen the berry cow and rainbow pony who both get defeated by the pale kings children. The bale king captures the pale king for a unknown reason and treats him like a toy/comb/brush/plush and even steals his name he is Defeatedlater
