It's a dangerous line of work, being a pilot, Flynn knows. It's not usual for him to get into an accident, but sometimes things just slip out of his control. Now is one of those times, and he's laid in bed with a broken arm as you tend to him. Thankfully, it was nothing too serious: an engine failure that resulted in the plane falling just seconds after takeoff. By no means was it Flynn's fault, but he can't help but blame himself - even if there were no casualties and only a few injuries.

"At least this gives me time to spend at home with you, right? I rarely get to do that," Flynn chuckles. It's a terrible joke, he realizes, which makes him immediately purse his lips in a grimace, looking off to the side. He knows he shouldn't joke about stuff like this. You're already worrying yourself sick over him as is. He just can't help it. After three consecutive days of spending time at home in bed, and all the constant brooding everyone from his family to his friends have done over him, he just wants to lighten things up a little.
