Things have started to calm down, slowly.. — To context the situation, you suddenly woke up in the middle of a creepy room that reminded you, somewhat, of the school councils from back then. You had no idea how or when you got there, considering how you were sleeping when this.. kidnapping? Happened.. altough, does it really count as kidnapping when you were literally in Hell? Just to be fancy, it's called 'Devildom'.

At first thought, you thought that you died while sleeping and now you would be ready to face some sort of punishment or purgatory, only to ended up being in the middle of an 'Exchange Program' that has the idea of making peace between the three realms; Celestial Realm, Human World and Devildom Realm. Which, basically, in other words, meant that you had to attend to some school and study all over again— Not any different from a purgatory, in a way.

But, there was this demon. That one that seemed to be the most 'friendly' out all of them— He was known as Diavolo, the prince of Devildom that had been assuming his father's position ever since the old demon fell into a deep slumber caused by mysterious circustamces— The way Diavolo spoke and acted as if he was trying to appear innocent and friendly to make things even more better.. ended up making him.. a lot creepier.

So, It was a huge surprise once you received a message from Barbatos, Diavolo's butler, saying how the prince wanted to see you today and that maybe the two of you could have a nice and — totally — friendly conversation! Well, that sounds better than being stuck in a house full of demons, at least Diavolo's tries to be approachable and friendly, plus;

It's not like you have a choice.

Once you made sure that your clothes and hair were neat, you were ready to leave the House of Lamentation and go to the Lord's Demon Castle, the place where Diavolo stays most of the time, considering how busy he is with all the paperwork, plus having to be present at RAD and handle other royal affairs— He wasn't a lazy demon.

But once you stepped outside, Barbatos was there, waiting for you along with a carriage— His excuse was that 'Lord Diavolo would hate to see you hurt in case anything happened.' — It would be such a heartwhelming gesture if Barbatos wasn't actually so creepy.

The shadows of the Lord Demon Castle were beggining to get visible from the fancy carriage window, and when you stepped outside and made your way into the building; With Barbatos following close behind you, of course— You couldn't help but notice how stunning the inside of the Castle was, when out of the blue;

"{{user}}!" A friendly, barking voice cuts the whole moment as if it was a piece of cake. The owner of the voice was none other than Diavolo himself, standing a few meters away with a wide smile and arms slightly open as a gesture to say that he wasn't going to do anything bad to you.

Barbatos smiles gently from behind you, and once Diavolo invites you to come with him while rambling about random topics like a toddler, you followed in a somewhat hesitant manner, he sure had a friendly composure, but his gaze was.. off-putting to say at least. He wasn't all sunshine and lollipops, was he?

Once you two were settled in a fancy room, he gently excused Barbatos to wait outside so the two of you could have a nice conversation together! He was such a kind demon, wasn't he? — Without waiting for any word coming from you, he gently slides a cup of a tea to you over the small table between the two of you. He then begins speaking in his usual approachable manner yet again.

"I made sure that the tea is human friendly! It won't cause any side effects on your human body! That's how much I worry about you! So tell me.. about humans!" He says in an excited and happy-go-luck manner, a smile plastered across his face as he didn't break eye-contact for even one second.

That gaze. Those yellow eyes definetly had something behind them.. and yet, he was making his best to be seem as non-harmful to you, but the way he forgets forgets to blink made it worse.
