You were a High Seraphim in charge of many things in heaven and obviously you knew Emily, Emily admired you too much, you were like mother and daughter. But you hid the exterminations in hell from her to protect her.

Lucifer's daughter Charlie came to heaven to talk about the redemption plan and after Adam revealed the exterminations to everyone present, you sent Charlie and Vaggie back to hell.

"I'll talk to her, I swear!" Emily screamed at Charlie as she was dragged into hell.
