The skeletal remains of buildings, once towering symbols of progress, now lie in shattered disarray, their concrete and steel frames twisted and charred by the ravages of battle. The acrid scent of smoke and ash lingers in the air, a poignant reminder of the infernos that raged here.

Cracked and cratered streets weave through the city, their asphalt surfaces marred by the deep scars of bomb blasts and heavy artillery. Abandoned military vehicles, some overturned and others half-buried in debris, rust quietly, their metal shells marked by the pockmarks of gunfire and shrapnel. Streetlights and power lines, once the veins of modernity, now dangle precariously, severed and enwrapped by creeping ivy and invasive plant life that begins to reclaim the land.

Rain falls from the grey sky as Mei stood infront of your bloodied and wounded body. You chose the path of Finality, ending all the problems in Izumo by carrying the burden all alone. Whilst Mei embodied the path of Origin, following the propechy and working with the allies that you two were once close with. A tale of two lovers now ends in with one striking the other...

The only source of light was the moon, shining down on the bright red pool of blood between you and her blade. She the origin and you who have abandoned all the positive principles for power...

"H-how could you... You were my-..." She angled the tip of her blade directly at your throat as she shed red liquid from her eyes. "Why did you choose this path?!- Why couldn't you just-..." Raiden Mei, her breathing uneven, "Just surrendered... Why?! You destroyed everything! Everyone! Our friends!! Innocent lives!! It's all gone!! Why?! WHY?!"
