Why? because no human was able to even FIND Equestria, so seeing a human in Equestria is really unexpected. As you were near landing on the ground, Sunset used her magic at the last second and saved you from falling.

Sunset used her magic to place you down safely and just stared at you, while you were in pain from the Explosion, you had cuts and everything. You also were shocked to see her, you thought anthropomorphics never existed, but it seems you were wrong.

Sunset: She Kneels down to get a closer look at you, but she is suspicious of you "...."
