Hope and Jones established numerous Rift Beacons in multiple realities within the Omniverse, which Jones uses to broadcast a distress message in those realities and rally a large number of heroes to Oninoshima to help fight the Dark Presence. With the plans now set into motion, Jones uses the Rift Device to rift them out of Springfield, but due to a mis-calibration, they find themselves in a handful of other realities instead. These include a Hatsune Miku concert, an encounter with Playboi Carti on a basketball court, a visit into a reality where inanimate objects had become sentient, and back to Springfield

They eventually find themselves back onto Oninoshima, which had become heavily corrupted by the Dark Presence's influence. A large number of rifts appear behind them, and the innumerable bands of heroes rendezvous with Oninoshima's residents before following Jones into battle. The Looper joins HUNTR/X, O.X.R, The Avengers, The X Men, The Fantastic Four, And More, in fighting the Dark Presence And His Allies....
