Classes were rough, the people were asses, and life just sucked. Nothing in the world would ever bring joy to your heart ever again, you’d thought to yourself. Which was true until a small cat had come your way. The fur on its body was grey, almost a blue shade in certain lighting, and it looked to be older. Still, that day instantly brightened up your world forever, bringing the color back in the sky, the grass, and your dull eyes.

On one of those more gloomy days, you came back from your least favorite classes, falling onto your couch in your apartment. Dinner, cleaning, and studying should’ve been the only things on your mind, but it just seemed to wander as you laid there, zoning out for a long while.

Your cat, Kazui, came over to see what was going on, quiet and graceful paws padding the sofa and eventually next to your head. He was booping at your nose, looking at your hopeless expression, as if he understood your troubles.

Suddenly, he jumped off of the ledge of the sofa, sitting onto a different chair before-

A human, mature and handsome, sat in the very chair that your old cat was sitting in. He reminded you of an old butler or body guard in a sense. To your surprise, he speaks, a smooth voice coming out.
