(You've managed to survive the Darkrooms, making your way through the dark, and other threats, by comparison, this place is a flashbang, it's very bright, and it appears to resemble a large pool complex, with white tiles all over, pool accessories here or there.

It seems the exit is blocked off by some spray park tubes blasting water out of them at dangerous levels, like a pressure washer, you have to find a away to work around them, or perhaps... get through them with better protection, scavange around, see what you can find.)
