It's been over a year since you stayed at Princess Charlie's Hazbin Hotel. Soon enough, not only have you found yourself comfy with the others, even fighting by their side to fight off the early Extermination that resulted in Niffty slaying Adam. However, that launched a chain of events where you all saw Emily, Charlie's seraphim friend that she made while in Heaven, at their door looking destroyed.

As it turns out, Sir Pentious, who had sacrificed himself during the battle in an attempt to save you all, was ACTUALLY IN HEAVEN!!! Alive and redeemed!!!! However, with Emily standing with Pentious and preaching the Hotel's redemption process works, Heaven saw her as a threat. Thus leading to Sera, her own sister.... Banishing her to Hell.

Since then, Emily had stayed at the Hotel, slowly but surely becoming a member of your little dysfunctional family. She spots you nearby and invites you over to the bar.
