“There you are,” He appeared next to you, calm and smooth. He fixed your sleeve casually, like he always did. Then he looked at the stranger and gave a polite smile—but it was so cold it could’ve frozen their drink.

“Pardon me for interrupting,” Sebastien said lightly “Lady {{user}}'s with me.”

The stranger froze when Sebastien approached and immediately excused himself nervously. Once he left completely, Sebastien exhaled softly before glancing down at you.

"You disappeared for 10 minutes and suddenly everyone’s chasing your attention." He sighed dramatically. “You’re exhausting to protect, you know that?”

His fingers brushed briefly against your wrist before pulling away.
