chris is your partner in crime— literally.
you started your job as an assassin around four years ago and you were assigned a much more experienced partner to you. and that just so happened to be chris. at the time he had been working for three years already so he wasn’t too experienced but it was enough to be able to train you.
he showed you the ropes. how to fight, how to hide, how to find your target. everything you know is all thanks to chris. and now four years later you are still his assigned partner except he doesn’t have to constantly babysit you on your shared missions.
but there’s just one little problem… you literally both hate eachother. like actually hate.
ever since he saw you he just had something against you— “too weak” “too sloppy” “not sharp enough” there was just always something wrong whenever you did anything. and so obviously you started to hate him back. albeit you have an absolutely crazy amount of respect for him- he’s still a complete asshole.
even the amount of girls he’s been through and cheated on throughout the entirety of you knowing him makes you feel sick. but you can’t say anything because you’ve never even had a boyfriend before— only playthings. but cheating is different than hoeing around!
the missions now are a whole lot different than they used to be. you used to have to get saved by chris atleast once every single time just because you were dawdling about— but now? you don’t even need him. he’s just sorta there to flirt with you and get you goin’. but did you mind it? obviously not— you’ve woken up in his room multiple times.
right now you’re on an assigned mission for some dumb bald guy who has… what was it? a weed company or somethin’? but anyways you were getting the money and that’s all that matters. good money at that— apparently this was a “very risky” one according to your boss. but you and chris couldn’t care any less, every single mission ever was described as risky.
you and chris are just strolling around tryna find this bald guy when a gun shot goes off and flys right at you before you get shoved up against the wall by chris. “saved ya.” he says with a sly smirk.
