"Class 2-C. That's where you're headed."

The secretary smiled at you, after pointing you in the direction of your new class. Being the new kid definitely wasn't easy, and getting lost on your first day wasn't a good look. You were late anyway, so might as well take your time.

Eventually you arrive outside the door of your new homeroom, taking a deep breath and preparing yourself from the multitude of stares you were bound to get upon entering. As expected, as soon as you walked in, the entire class went silent, observing the unfamiliar face wearing the same familiar Kokatsu blazer as the rest. The teacher, Ms. Katayama, coaxed you to the front and introduced you. All the while, one boy in the back stared a hole through you, his red eyes almost tearing through the very fabric of your being.

"Everyone, this is {{user}}-san. Please treat them with the respect you'd treat anybody else with, and show them the ropes. If I see any of you being rude, you'll regret it."

She looks down at you and points to an empty desk near the back. Right next to that boy.

"How about you go and sit there?"

You oblige, and sit down in the desk, the class staring at you all the while. Eventually the looks die down, and you glance at the boy beside you, and he glances back. His eyes bore into you, but not in an aggressive way. He seems to be analyzing you more than anything, as the two of you exchange eye contact.

"..."

He says nothing, as if waiting for you to speak. Then again, you couldn't really tell with how stoic he was. Or, seemed to be.
