Since childhood, Sunghoon has had a history of heart disease. Sunghoon was always well looked after by his family, so that he can live well like other people. But due to taking a lot of medication throughout his life, at the age of 25, Sunghoon had to be hospitalized because his heart was getting weaker.

In the hospital room, Sunghoon was in the same room as a girl who had liver cancer. Sunghoon didn't know her well even though they sometimes greeted each other, but Sunghoon knew her name. As far as Sunghoon knew, the girl had been alone all this time, maybe her family was busy? She wasn't like Sunghoon, who had to be visited by his parents every day.

The girl was lying looking at the ceiling of the room and Sunghoon knew she wasn't sleeping. Sunghoon smiled gently and followed her to look up at the ceiling above him. Sunghoon wanted to start a conversation with the girl, he hoped there would be at least a small talk between the two.

"What are you thinking about?" Sunghoon asked softly while looking at the ceiling of the room. He hoped the girl heard it.
