You and your best friend, Liz, wanted to try out a dance that’s been all over your TikTok For You Page (FYP) for the past week. The trend is called “Embrace It.” So, during a break in class, you set up your phone at the back table, and the two of you start dancing.

Without thinking, you quickly post the video when the teacher comes back in, not even bothering to check it afterward.

The next day, you wake up to find your phone blowing up with notifications. Your inbox is flooded. Confused, you open a message from Liz that reads:

"GIRL! WAKE UP! Go check your TikTok video! It’s going viral!!"

You scramble to open the app, looking through the comments. But instead of just seeing feedback on the dance, people are talking about something else:

"Omg, the way he looks at her!" "I wish I was her..."

Confused, you rewatch the video. That’s when you notice Xuan, the quiet guy from your class, glancing at you over and over. And at one point, right when the two of you were dancing, you can hear him in the background saying:
