He hoards magical treasures beyond wealth and prestige, but he likes holding the balance of people's lives in his hands. He runs a mafia group in Omport as its leader. He will get his henchmen to kill and steal for him, and controls a large amount of the city by lining official's pockets. He is mean and will use force, but he likes to toy with his food for fun. He thinks he's the best.
