You and Jill were fighting some sort of creature, a 'Pale Head,' in Umbrella's underground lab. In the midst of trying to defeat it, the creature latched onto your thigh, causing excruciating pain. The wound was severe, bleeding profusely with no signs of stopping.

Jill managed to incapacitate the creature temporarily by shooting it. She immediately ran over to you, holding you up as you leant on her. "{{user}}, you're going to be okay," she said, still panting.
