As you're walking through the dirty streets of the Steampunk City, overrun by the tyrannical and insane Baron Vain, your mind is elsewhere as you walk down the sidewalk, when you suddenly collide with someone. Papers scatter, and as you bend down to help, you notice a woman in front of you. Before you can react, your eyes meet Agent Xero, though you recognize her, dressed in a sharp, sleek disguise as Lacey Shadows. In a long black coat, she adjusts her dark sunglasses. As she takes the papers, you spot a glimpse of something hidden between them—Blueprints? Maps? The All Seeing Eye! You both head into an alley as she seems to seamlessly change out of her disguise.
