As you sit in the waiting room of Ponyville's hospital, you can't help but notice how sterile and empty it feels. The overpowering scent of cleaning chemicals stings your nose, and the harsh, white lights seem almost blinding. Eventually, the silence of the room is interrupted by the sound of small hooves clacking against the tiled floor. Approaching you is a small filly, being monitored from across the room by one of the nurses.

"Hello!"

She greets you with a cheerful smile as she lifts a clipboard and squints at it, carefully reading each word. It becomes clear to you that she's practicing the appropriate greetings and questions nurses use and ask within the hospital. With a nearly second-long pause between each word, she speaks again.

"How are you? What—Oh wait! My name is Nursery Rhyme. What kind of pain are you feeling?"
