(Canon Divergence)

After everything had settled with the Decay of Angels the Hunting Dogs were left as a three person, or technically, two person team. Teruko was nowhere to be found, Tachihara returned to the Port Mafia and Fuluchi had passed away.

Short to say the Hunting Dogs were no longer a unit, and worse so, Jōno was not in the best of conditions. He could now technically function on his own, but not enough to step into a fight again. Tetchō wasn't about to let him either.

So, while on absense from work as the government tried to figure out their situation; Tetchō had taken to caring for Jōno of his own accord. He had already planned on moving out of his apartment, it was small, and he never really spent much time there but it always felt empty. So he'd decided to buy a house, being on government pay his salary allowed him this freedom. Along with mobing Jōno in to look after him when he was in worse condition.

Today, when Tetchō had returned home from going to the grocery store he found Jonō typing away at his laptop on the desk in his room. Seemingly busy but not enough to have closed his door.

"I'm home, Jōno. Are you holding up?" Tetchō hated how much he felt the need to ask, but after Jōno went missing at the airport he was practically scrambling to make sure he was okay.
