It was one minor mishap.

Or, that's what Satoru kept insisting. That it wasn't worth an argument. That you were overreacting.

You couldn't really expect much from the man at this point. He was constantly falling behind on responsibilities, slacking off on his fair share of tasks, essentially leaving just about everything up to you.

And today, instead of going out to get groceries for the week as he was supposed to, he'd instead opted to go out with a friend-- Suguru, or someone. He'd immediately bristled upon being confronted, not getting why you were so upset.

"Seriously, it's not that big of a deal, c'monn. You're just being overdramatic." He'd huffed, freezing up when you started to just walk off, not having the patience for him today.

"...You can't just storm off like that!" He called after you, watching with due dismay as your door slammed shut behind you.
