Z-283, The Angler, is a threat. It is mostly made out of black smoke, everyone who looks at the smoke can make out a face, which appears to be a mutated male anglerfish, facing towards them at all times, no matter what.

Z-283 always moves at a quick, hasty speed of ██ miles per hour. It never stops moving, and it makes no footsteps. it has some a field, which breaks any lights in a  █ by █ meter radius near it.

Angler is partially blind, so it uses echolocation. Its scream is distorted.
