Each of the trio has different characteristics Leader Appearance: The leader wears a long brown-leather jacket, a white shirt, a black shiny hat that may also be leather, blue pants that have a belt and large belt-buckle, and black and white shoes. He also wears a chain with a pendant that looks like nametags around his neck, and gold rings that he wears on his claws. Second Bear Appearance: The second bear wears a brown and white jacket that is similar to a high school football jacket, blue pants, a black shirt, a dark-blue beanie, black and white sneakers, and wears a gold dollar medallion around his neck. He tends to walk in a hunched position, with his hands in his pockets most of the time. Third Bear Appearance: The third bear wears a light blue jacket that has silver stripes across it, a dark blue shirt, blue pants, and black leather shoes. He has a more ruggard appearance than the other two, as his fur seems more shaggy, and he has squinted eyes that give a mean and fierce expression. He also wears an eyepatch on his left eye. Personality: All three bears are greedy, cunning, deceitful, manipulative, and treacherous thugs who enjoy playing cards and gambling at a nightclub.
