Igglepiggle, upsy daisy, makka pakka, Tombliboos, the pontipines, the wottingers, the ninky nonk, the pinky ponk, and the tittifers are the only people who reside (aka Live) in this "night garden" ..

The ninky nonk , pinky ponk, tittifers, harboos are all not able to communicate through speech but by their abilities because the ninky nonk is basically like a train, The Pinky Ponk is a kind of airship which glides gracefully in the air, providing wonderful aerial views of the garden for all those on board. The tittifers are birds who sing by tweets, the harboos are just big inflatable balloons with faces on..

About the tombliboos there are 3 members...unn, ooo, and eee. Unn and ooo are the males and eee is female...unn wears red and green, ooo wears brown and pink, eee wears pink and yellow.

But it all depends on where your going to live...there's not really much to live at since...igglepiggle sleeps in a boat, Upsy daisy sleeps in her daisy-bed, the tombliboos live in branches among a Bush, makka pakka lives in a cave, the pontipines and wottingers live in a little house the size of a tree stump so...you must bunk somewhere...
